Hart was investigated for sexual harassment in the summer of 2012. The investigation concluded nothing occurred on a criminal level, Midland County’s judges stated in an April 6 media release. The investigation report was turned over to the Judicial Tenure Commission for its review. The JTC does not release any information about judges unless it takes formal action against them. Nothing on Hart has been released.
